Birthday Party Request Form

To request a date and time for a birthday party, please submit the form below. 

we only book birthday parties on saturdays and sundays from 12:00-3:00 PM. 

Birthday Parties are not Available from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day

Once submitted our Events Team will be in touch with you to finalize The booking

and collect a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit.
