At Coal Creek Bowling, we’re proud to be a place where bowlers of all ages can have fun! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these guidelines regarding youth bowling equipment:
🎳 Bowling Shoes
- For the safety of all our guests and protection of bowling equipment, bowling shoes are required for all bowlers, regardless of age.
- The smallest shoe size available is a Toddler Size 6 and the largest size available is a Men’s Size 17.
- Injuries and Wheel Chairs are approved as long a wheels are clean and inspected by our staff.
🎳 Bumpers
- Bumpers are available for children ages 8 and under.
- They are designed to help young bowlers enjoy the game while learning.
- If you have bowlers who seem to be getting alot of gutterballs, ask our staff for some free coaching advice to help them roll down the middle.
🎯 Ball Ramps
- Ball ramps are provided for children ages 4 and under and our guests with special needs.
- Please return ramps to the front counter when finished so others may use them.
🎈 Lightweight Balls (6–7 pounds)
- These balls are intended for young children.
- We kindly ask older children, teens, and adults to use appropriately weighted balls to ensure safety and fair use.
- Our lightweight balls are made with Styrofoam cores. When thrown to hard can cause ball to break.
The Bumpers, Ramps & Lightweight balls will be given to use based on our company policy and shift leader discretion. Thank you for respecting these guidelines and helping us keep bowling fun and safe for everyone!
